Is my contribution tax-deductible?
+GSI is in the process of finalizing its registered-charity status in Ontario. Until confirmed, we issue acknowledgement letters; once registered, backdated tax receipts will be provided where eligible. Contact sponsors@gallopstem.com for the current status.
When do I need to pay?
+Annual partnerships can be paid in a single installment or split across the fiscal year. We'll agree on a schedule in the partnership agreement.
Can I commit multi-year?
+Yes — multi-year commitments help us fund teams across multiple competition seasons. We'll build a custom agreement for any commitment over 12 months.
Do you accept in-kind sponsorships?
+Yes, for equipment, venue space, travel, and professional services. We value in-kind at fair market rate against tier thresholds. Reach out to discuss.
